This calendar is the current working schedule. Times could change slightly, though usually not more than +/- 1-2 hours.

DO NOT DELAY IN COMPLETING THE RSVP FORM ASAP!

The event this year remains 100% free and open to the public, but you do need to RSVP so we can arrange seating.

A more detailed schedule will be handed out to participants as part of their registration packet the day of the event. However this page gives an overview of the main events scheduled for each day.

If you are unable to attend in time for the initial the registration, that is okay, but please let us know in advance which times you will be attending.

Friday (August 13th)

5:30 pm - 6:00 pm - Introductory Speech and Orientation

6:00 pm - 6:30 pm - Vocalist Performance: Rehtaeh.

6:30 pm - 7:00 pm - Rehtaeh Q&A Session.

7:00 pm - 11:00 pm - Tolkien Gaming Session 1.

Saturday (August 14th)

8:00 am - 9:00 am - Breakfast and Social time.

9:00 am - 1:00 pm Tolkien Gaming Session 2.

1:00 pm - 2:00 pm - Lunch and Social time.

2:00 pm - 6:00 pm - Tolkien Gaming Session 3.

6:00 pm - 7:00 pm - RAW HOBBIT - Michael Martinez.

6:00 "Official" end of Tolkien Moot
