The organizers of Tolkien Moot have added Live-Action Role-Playing (LARP) to the convention since 2015.
They have been running Tolkien-based tabletop RPGs, board games, and video games (in addition to scholarly discussions with published authors, Tolkien musicians/singers, and other special guests) for every year of Tolkien Moot since 2005.
