How old will you be? When you attend the event(s) to volunteer, how many years old will you be? We need to know how old you will be when you attend the event. If you are under 18, you may still be able to volunteer, but we may have some restrictions. Also it may help in allocation to different groups based on the age groups.

Have you helped with events like this before (it is okay if you have not). Other information you think would be important to know.

Restrictions, Limitations, or Accommodations? Are there any areas you cannot/will not be willing or able to help? Are there injuries or limitations we should know about? Are there any special accommodations we should know about (wheelchair access, strobe light sensitivity for seizures, allergen exposure, etc.)? Since these events often take place at an Ea Tolkien Society members' home, the buildings can sometimes present challenges for wheelchairs and such. If no limitations, then please write "none".
